Default Big blunder

I recently made two possible huge blunders. The first I sent what is to
believed to be all the info to go to New Hampshire(NVC) including the
I-134 notarized, W2 from 2003, tax form from 2003, 2002 and 2001 tax
info, employment verification, a copy of my birth certificate and
passport and the second blunder one of my 2004 W2´s in which case I
need to retrieve to do my taxes. I sent it to Mesquitte,Texas and it
was sent certified-

I need to retrieve that information back to my home address in the
states. I cannot call because i am in remote Brazil. What to do???

Ask you employer for a new W-2. People lose them all the time.

As far as your first blunder, that's a little confusing. Your 40+ word sentence is a little hard to decipher.

I'm assuming that you sent the forms to the wrong place. I don't really know what the best thing for you to do, but I can tell you what happened when I sent my then-INS forms to the wrong place.

My forms were supposed to go to Nebraska, I sent them to Chicago. Months later they ended up in Missouri where I was able to track them down and get them forwarded to Nebraska. The forms were then sent to Nebraska w/o any kind of notice or explanation. The good folks at Nebraska archived them under "unknown" where they sat for several more weeks before my congress person was able to get the ball rolling on them - nearly a year after my original screw up.

My advice to you? Don't waste your time tracking them down. Forget where they went the first time and get new ones in the mail to the correct location as soon as possible.

It sounds all nice and dreamy to think you can get some old dear to feel sorry for you and forward your stuff on to the next old dear, but the truth is that these people are emotionless when it comes to their job. They don't care about you, me or where our paperwork is and they shouldn't have to. After all, we screwed up.

Good luck.

I'm confused -- for what reasons are you sending these forms anywhere? Are you sponsoring a K1 fiance visa for someone? The I-134 is mailed to the foreign fiance, not to a service center or the US consulate. Or does this involve a different visa application entirely?

If you need your 2004 W-2s, your employer will be able to provide a duplicate upon your request.

Also, if you have internet access how is it that you can't make a phone call? Have you tried writing these centers instead?
