Hi there ! I'm a belgian citizen and I met my girl friend in Miami. I already visited
her and her family so many times. Last time, we planned to get married in April
5,2003. After getting married, she planned to move in Belgium and to live here.
Anyway, I enter in US with an B2 Visa and I can stay only 2 weeks then I have to come
back in Belgium. I can't stay no more longer (it depends of the POE). My visa is
valid until end of May 2003. Can you tell me if I can get married next year with my
B2 visa ? and if I visit her every month can I have some problem to enter the US ??
Thanks a lot
Fabian

You can get married on a B2 visa. You can get married on a waiver. If INS finds out
you plan on marrying a US citizen, they might ask you to provide additional proof
that you intend to return to Belgium.
If you make visits too often, they might stop you. Are you talking about staying 2
weeks every month or just a weekend? There is no way to be sure what INS will do when
you arrive.
Why did you have to enter on a B2? You normally can stay up to 3 months on the Visa
Waiver program.
By the way, do you have any comments on the Crown Plaza Hotel at 3 Rue Gineste in
Brussels? I have a reservation for 2 nights there next months. An employee at our
technical support center there said it was OK, but I was looking for a second
opinion. I used to stay at the Swissotel by the EU Parliment.

Hi Fabian, Yes, you can get married on a B2 visa. No, you shouldn't have any problems
traveling in and out of the US beacuse as far as I understand you have a multiple
entry visa.
