I am an American citizen living in Wisconsin. I am currently in the
process of getting divorced. I would like to begin the K1 visa process
as soon as possible for my boyfriend in Germany. Can I start the
process as soon as my divorce is final OR do I have to wait until after
the 6 month waiting period Wisconsin requires to remarry after a
divorce?
