Arent purchases over £50(?) protected when a CC is used? If a service has been purchased and, through no fault of the purchaser, the service was not delivered isnt the purchaser protected by the CC Company?

I dont know if this is possible but it may be worth a try?

If you're talking about the fees for medical and the visa fee, those services HAVE been delivered.
