Attorney recommendation?
I have suddenly realised the wisdom in consulting an immigration attorney about my upcoming marriage and the process to apply for my new husband's US visa/CR.
While we are fortunate enough to be able to DCF, I don't want to make the trip to Holland without being *very* prepared.... and I'm having those dreams where I'm taking a final exam and realise to my horror that I have forgotten to study and moreover, forgotten to wear any clothes to the exam.
Recommendations gratefully accepted. The K-1 route is out, but we also are not seeking the "10-foot pole" route either -- either DCF or K-3? where I apply from within the US for my husband (who would be in Holland) to join me.

You can find a good lawyer through www.aila.org 's referral system.
Also, have you joined your intended over at usadutch.com yet?

It might set your mind at ease some, and you can start dreaming about your upcoming wedding instead of the immigration process, which, in the end, really only is a tiny piece in your life and doesn't deserve any agonizing over.

Hi
I have tried this route with difficulty in trying to get a top attorney who will just talk to me to give me a quote
It is a shame that most of the attornies I have talked to want a consultation fee before they will even speak to you. Have sort confimation from attornies and have it confirmed son is/should be protected under cspa
As son is lost at consulate I have paid three different attornies, just to try to get a quote regarding case and I knew more about the CSPA than they did.
This is what I need a quote for
1 st step letter of support to consulate/ and get definative letter of approval or denial
2nd Possible step (depending on outcome above) go to BIA
3rd and last resort step go to immigration court.
Does anyone know if we went to court would we be awarded costs? I understand the last option would be expensive so will possibly have to refinance home.

Immigration Court -- YOUR nickel -- the statute says so.
District/Appeals Court [e.g. "Article III"] -- only if case is litigated all the way to judgment and judge finds government's case is "without substantial justification."
