Attending Interview without medical?

I just have a quick question, what happens if you turn up to the interview without the medical?

Any thoughts or personal experience would be great.

You will not be approved for the visa on the day. They will need to see the medical results before they will do so.

If a medical exam is required for your type of visa, your interview will take place but the visa will not be approved until you complete the medical and the officer receives and reviews the results.
