Approval K1 in Nebraska?
Did anyone get K1 approval at NE center lately? please share your timeline. Thanks

My fiance filed near the end of April and we received the first NOA within a week,
but we're still waiting for the 2nd NOA (approval). I guess the 70-100 day timeline
quoted must be about right - we'll just have to wait and see.

sent the petition to NSC on January 7th, 1st NOA received a week after, 2nd NOA
approved march 18 and received it in the mail 5 days after...

I heard it will take 50 days after your recieved your 1NOA.

I filed on Feb. 25, received 1st NOA on Mar. 13, 2nd NOA with Approval on April 11,
35 days from receipt date!! They had told me that it would 70 to 100 days. Good luck

Here is my timeline so far- mailed in petition on May 20th, recieved 1st NOA in the mail May 25th & am patiently waiting to hear we are approved. Am gettin so antsy & nervous but I guess that is normal in this situation. I just hope it doesnt take forever to get ours approved. If that's the case on the 50 days to process I hope it dont go pass that. I just cannot believe how long it takes just to process a petition.
