APPORVED I130!!!!
Hello,
Just got news today through the USCIS site that my I130 is approved NOA1 was MARCH 6 so 3 MONTHS!!!!! I recieved a notice about two weeks ago that it had been transferred VSC to California which I guess ended up being a great thing. Here's my question...my I129F is still pending at VSC and I definately want to pursue the I130 instead of the I129F for obvious reasons...especially with the fees for AOS going up in July!!!!
Should I call or write a letter to VSC to have my I129F withdrawn?
Thanks...
Oh yes....what should I expect next?
All the best....from an excited CANADIAN!!!!
