Default APPORVED I130!!!!

Hello,
Just got news today through the USCIS site that my I130 is approved NOA1 was MARCH 6 so 3 MONTHS!!!!! I recieved a notice about two weeks ago that it had been transferred VSC to California which I guess ended up being a great thing. Here's my question...my I129F is still pending at VSC and I definately want to pursue the I130 instead of the I129F for obvious reasons...especially with the fees for AOS going up in July!!!!

Should I call or write a letter to VSC to have my I129F withdrawn?

Thanks...

Oh yes....what should I expect next?

All the best....from an excited CANADIAN!!!!

Yes, and I believe there is a $200 fee for withdrawing it. Not sure how that is billed to you or paid, though. NVC will probably let you know.

The file will be transferred to Canada and your spouse will receive a packet of forms to fill out for his visa application.

Best Wishes and congratulations!
