Hello,

My son has a green card and is in 2-3 he expects to get his US citizenship. He wants
to marry his girl friend and apply for her to get a green card as well. He has a few
questions.

If they marry abrod, before arriving in the US, she will come as a tourist (with a
visa for 6 months). Will he be able to apply for a green card for her? Will it be
regarded as a fraud, since she will arrive with a tourist visa, not stating that she
intends to immigarte to the US?

Should he marry her in the US, after arriving here together, and only then apply for
her green card?

Finally, how long will she have to wait from the time he applies for a green card for
her till she will be permitted to work?
