is Applying at Delhi for Marraige visa faster than usa? DCF?
Hi,
I am a US citizen. I am going to India in January 2003 for my arrange marriage. My marriage is going to be end of January and I am coming back to US second week of February. I need some information about how to apply and which way is faster for my wife to come to the US.
I heard about Direct Consular Filing (DCF) at Delhi is much faster than any other choices. I heard that I have to go with my wife at Delhi office to submit I-130 form and if it is approve than my job is done. I can leave India. Rest of the process my wife can do alone. I don’t have to stay in India for Mumbai interview. Is this right?
I will be really appreciate, if anyone has known about it.
