Application confusion...

Forgive my stupidity....

after over 2 years of wanting to be together and over 12 months of nightmarish divorce proceedings we are finally able to submit our I129f application and plan to do it when i am in the USA in two weeks time...

we've concentrated so hard on the K1/K2 approach that we've never really looked at other ooptions open to us.... we figured the K1 route was the only option open to us...

i always assumed the K1 and K3 (is that what Kath/anyone4tea changed to?) timelines were very much the same... but i see Kath got her interview date much much quicker after scrapping the K1 route once she married and changing the type of visa application....

i'm now so confused and for the first time seriously thinking we should go the route that Kath has taken...

can anyone offer words of advice ?

Anyone4tea/ Kath's case is being expedited hence the quick processing and interview date.

I think your best option will be K1. If you wanted to submit a I-130 petition at London (assuming you got married), your husband would need a FLR stamp (settlement visa see IND pages) in his passport. Check out Dimsie's timeline that would give you a more accurate idea.
