AP-Should we panic yet?
Hi everyone.
Ok, sent AP request exactly one month ago to the Arlington Office via
mail. This is for a trip on Dec. 10.
As of one month, have not heard anything and check has not been
cashed.
Should we:
1. Wait
2. Call
3. Go to the office with a new AP in hand???
Thanks
Mark

Re: AP-Should we panic yet?
Their current estimated timeline is 30 - 90 days so I wouldn't worry too
much yet. My first AP (filed concurrently with the I-485 and I-765) took
over two months to arrive; the second one was about a month. They cashed the
check for the second one pretty close to the approval of it.
