Hi,
Well my husband and I filed for his AOS in Boston on Thursday and it
was successful. We walked out with EAD, AP and an interview date for
September. It appears that Boston is back to doing everything on the
same day.
Anyway, my husband is leaving the country tomorrow now that he has
his AP and I was just wondering, being the worrier that I am, what
happens if he loses that paper or his bags get stolen or something?
Do we have to apply for another? Is he in the computer? I am making
copies of the AP, but I don't know how much of a difference that would
make. He is very responsible and the chance that something will
happen to that document is slim to none, but I just wanted to be
prepared for the what ifs. They gave us two copies, which are exactly
alike, stapled together, can I keep one?
Thanks....Lili Rossi Mussagy
