AP NYC danger of travel?
i am going to apply for AP (in person) in New York CIty next week.
Anyone with same day advance parole experience in New York CIty?
I know Newark(NJ) issues APs same day.
i have an approved i-360(battered spouse) and my AOS is pending for over 24months, is there any danger for me to travel with AP and return to US?
