With an AP how long can we stay abroad

With an AP how long can we stay abroad

Hy every body

My question is the following : I get married with a USC 2 month ago and we are going to apply for a permanent residence within a week. I`m gonna apply also for an advance parol, does somebody know how long can I stay abroad within the same trip, and if i can come back and forth while my case is in pending ??

Hi:

You can stay abroad as long as you want.

As for coming back -- if it is muliple entry I-512 -- you can can back ONLY while the I-512 is valid.
