AOS working abroad
Greetings, I am flying back to the US for my AOS interview, I have
advanced parole and have been contracting out of the USA since last
year.
From your experiences do you get the I551 (??)or what ever visa it is
at the interview or is it posted after.
If so can I leave the USA while waiting for it?
Also, because we have been living together ouside of the US will this
prove detrimental (sp) to my AOS application. I guess they expect you
to be living in the US but the nature of my job means I can be working
any where in the world at any time.
Your advice is appreciated
Cheers
