I was just settling some stuff with Canada. Tying up lose ends and My Canadian government wants to know what is my status in the USA at this present time. (for my canadian taxes) I am in the USA on the k-1 and for my son K-2 visa. We have married July 26 and are currently waiting EAD and AOS. Does anyone know what my status in the US is? Conditional immigrant? visa holder? Does anyone know for sure?
Thanks
Thanks

I guess you are officially under a "period of stay authorized by the Attorney General". This is due to being an Adjustment Applicant who is awaiting a decision regarding an adjustment of status application.

As well as Dutch said you are under "period of stay authorized by the Attorney General".
