AOS and Vaccination question
My wife has her AOS interview in Anchorage in three weeks! We both are a little nervous and excited about the "green card interview".
All our paperwork seems in order except the Vaccinations...
She already had an immigration medical exam in May of 2003 before coming to USA. So she doesn't need another Medical exam right?
At that medical exam the Doctor gave her some vaccination shots and a copy of the Vaccination supplement.
Anyway for various reasons (There are no immigration approved Doctors where we live. The overseas Doctor said nothing about needing additional shots.) she didn't follow-up and get anymore additional shots. But while reviewing the Vaccination supplement it appears more shots are needed. Will an incomplete vaccination supplement prevent her from adjusting her status? Anchorage is an expensive three hours air flight away. We do plan to visit an approved Doctor in Anchorage before the interview.

Is she a K1 or K3?, If she is a K3, she needs another medical exam.. if she is a K1 she doesn't.

Re: AOS and Vaccination question
Sanukdee,
There should be something marked on the Vaccination Supplement form for each of the vaccinations listed. Either that she's had the vaccination (and possibly when she had it) or that it's not medically appropriate for her.
When my ex-wife and her son came to the USA in 2000 every line on their supplements has something written on it. The kid had to have every vaccination, my ex- only about half of them. As I recall, the explanation for the others was that they weren't necessary for someone her age (30).
Regards, JEff

Where did you get this information from? I was under the impression another medical isn't needed if one files for adjustment of status within one year of having had the medical needed for the k1/k3 visas.
