AOS for Rhode Island
Forum memebers, I have a query regarding AOS for people residing in Rhode Island.
Where do they submit AOS (from a K-1 visa). Is it Boston or the sub-office in
Providence? If the former then are the same timelines expected as for MA
residents, namely:-
AOS N-400 AP EAD Boston 90-120 210-240 1 1
If the latter, anyone has timelines for Providence?
