I have 2 questions regarding the AOS apps.
1) Does my wife use her married name on the advance parole document?
2) Is the # on the I-94 card the number we use as the A# on the apps?

I used my married name on our AOS forms. We didn't file for advanced parole but I'd use the same name on all the forms if I were you.
2) Is the # on the I-94 card the number we use as the A# on the apps?
Nope, I don't think so. A# is your alien number which can be found in the "annotation" section of her visa or the second NOA.

Nope, I don't think so. A# is your alien number which can be found in the "annotation" section of her visa or the second NOA.
