Hi,

I'm reposting this since it seem to have fell under an old thread.

I got in the AOS package, the I-693 Medical Examination form. Now I know for those
entering on a K-1 Visa, this form can be ignored but there is also a vaccination
supplement in the instructions of I-485? Is this in the medical report done prior to
entering the US? The only medical papers I have with me are the "Vaccination
Documentation Worksheet (DS-3025) and my chest X-rays. The rest was submitted at the
port of entry. Do I need this vaccination supplement or was this done already in the
medical exam for K-1 entry?
