Hello. I have a question regarding AOS if it is required at the
interview.
I am a USC married to a Canadian Citizen and we filed for a K3 visa.
We got the approval but are waiting and waiting to hear from
Vancouver. I am currently in Canada as a visitor and I am not able to
work here. I was wondering that if they want the AOS is it going to
look bad that I am here with him and not working . We are living off
of his income. When and if we get the K3 we will be going to the
States and staying with my brother until I get a job (which should not
be hard for my experience). My brother said he would co sponsor my
husband. Do u think that this would be ok???
