AOS Question

AOS Question

One of the forms the INS gave me to fill out for the AOS is form WR-702 221, dated
01/03/2000. One of the questions on this form ask for the Priority Date on the
Petition of Approval. The Priority Date box on the Petition of Approval is blank.
What am I suppose to do about that? Bill

I got one too while I was at the INS waiting to file AOS, but I didn't make a copy of it. I think it's the same one. I left it blank. And some other questions too were blank because they didn't make any sense.
