Hi,
Can I file I-485 on my behalf while my wife and kid are staying abroad? Can I include
their names in I-485 also?
My wife and kid (both H4) are going to stay abroad for 6 months or so. I've not filed
I-485 yet. Once 485 is filed, based on current processing time frame, I am expecting
that when they return to US, we won't see the approval for our case. So we can
continue to wait as if they were never away from US. Is this fine?
