Default AOS query

Hiya all, hope everyone is doing ok, i havent checked in here a while.

Anyway.... My husband lost his job during december of last year, applied and got another after 2 weeks. This job is not good, the pay is a bit bad and he isnt happy there. Another opportunity has come along and he may get this other job where the pay is not so bad and will meet the poverty 125 0\0 requirements of the AOS, also he knows the people who own this place and he likes it there, he goes and visits occasionally.

What i want to know is, does the ins look at people in a bad light if their work history is less than perfect but can meet the affidavit of support guidelines and possibly be above the poverty level for the adjustment of status?

Also does anyone have the number to the Kansas City field office? I had my letter to go for fingerprinting, but with moving and everything i havent been able to keep the appointment so i need to make another one or check when i can go and have them done.

Thanks guys
