Hi there
I was wondering if Rental lease in both names, bank statements in both names, cable, electric bills and check book in both names and some photos of us on our wedding day (nothing fancy just courhouse ceremony) and photos of christmas etc will be enough evidence for the AOS interview?
Thanks

Sounds good to me. Don't forget any originals of any documents you only submitted
photocopies of - marriage certificate, birth certificates, joint tax returns
(especially if you filed new ones after you sent your AOS application in) When Ken
and I went to his interview I took copies of everything we had ever sent to the INS,
all our originals, a mountain of photos, bills, bank statements, I had everything but
the kitchen sink. The only thing the agent looked at was our newest tax returns, then
Ken got his I-551 stamp. Take Care. Shelley

In addition to the proof of validity of marriage, do not forget to bring:
1. Fingerprint receipt
2. AOS appointment letter
3. Second NOA if you were a K-1
