Hey folks,

I'm helping a friend with the paperwork for filing AOS with US citizen wife. Back when my husband filed his AOS (2003), I went to a bunch of websites for directions and tips on filling out all the AOS forms and other stuff like what type of paper clips to use to put the packet together and also a cover letter.

I can't find any good websites with this info anymore!

Does anyone know of any with tips and FAQ on completing the AOS packet?

This site you are on has a wealth of information like that. Just go to the search function and type in AOS, or Adjustment of Status. You'll come up with a ton of information.

Of course the official site is www.uscis.gov, where you can download the forms and instructions.

Yes, I reviewed all the instructions on USCIS.

I was trying to avoid doing a search in a discussion board for AOS only because I know the vast amount of results that it will return.

I remember looking at a website that actually had the step by step process, typed out by someone who had gone through it.
It was very informative, moreso for tips, and other information that is confusing on the forms. It didn't go into all the detail on the forms because the instructions are given by USCIS.

Anyway, thought that someone knew of a website that had this stuff.

I will start my search on here though. I know I definitely will find information.
