Default AOS Papers - yes all 35 pages of it!!

Hey all, remember me?

Well the wedding is next weekend (14th) and the AOS papers are out in
force.
Just a few questions if I may...

1. There are 4 copies of the same form regarding doctors info.
The way it is written makes me think a doctor has to fill these out
after a medical exam.
When I was in London I paid almost $200 for a medical exam for the
visa - whats going on now?
I have proof I've had the jabs I was asked to get so whats all this
about?
Do they want me to take another medical exam or is this just for AOS
for being in the country of medical grounds for treatment?

HELP!!!
Will these forms never end?

What visa are you on that would help someone answer yourquestion is it a K1 ?
I am sure you will get some help soon.
I do know thast a medical is valid for 12months so if you have had that you might be alright.
Better wait for the experts good luck.
Congrads on the forth coming wedding

Hey Tony
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR UPCOMING WEDDING!!!

"Form I-693 Medical Examination Sheet (not required if you are applying based on continuous residence since before 1972, or if you have had a medical exam based on a fiancé visa), fiancees only need to submit Vaccination supplement"

So no You do not need to have a new medical exam

For more info: http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/LPRApplication.htm

Hope that helps!!

Take care!

Hey there Susanna

He said he is getting married in a few days, so I bet he is a K1
He cant be a K3 or DCF´er because in order to take that route you have to get married first

Take care!!

tweeky,

And if he was a "DCF'er" he wouldn't be asking about AOS.

Ahhh ok - I see.

Yes sorry, I am on a K1 and As I read it I need to use the form the Dr
in London gave me and send it in with my AOS papers etc....

Also my EAD and all the other paperwork I have from immigration.

Thanks once again boys and girls - you saved the day once again.
Now I just have to get my in laws to fill out the sponsor forms again.
Good job I have copies from the original application for the visa.

Take care all

If you were to do that, please only send a copy as you will need the original for the interview, and/or if the interview is not scheduled for 12 or more months from the date of application, you will need to have a new I-693 supplement done. If that is the case, you will need to show that to the attending physician as proof of the vaccinations you have already had.

The physician in London said I had to have my MMR and TD jab which I
did.

I had those injections a week before I arrived in the USA and I have
written confirmation that I had these injections. However its only
hand written on the doctors office paper - is that enough do you
think?
