Unhappy AOS at New orleans office, need advice

hello
We had our AOS interview in oct , the immigration office interviewing was not pleasant at all , she said since my age between me and my wife is 11 years, my wife is 11 years older than me , so she interviewed us separately which we only missed one question out of the 15 then she said she has a problem with our case being approved , during the interview she told my wife that i was possibly marrying her for the green card and if she wanted to go thru with the interview ......after which she decided to say that we need to resubmit the i693 vacination supplemental , which we did and was received by the office on nov 5th , i made an info pass appointment and the officer said that the case has been looked at but nothing has been approved because it is a "serious" case possibly.. anyone have any advice what i should do next or has anyone experience this situation .

In a post from a few weeks ago, you indicate that your I-751 and N-400 were approved... why are you posting about AOS? http://britishexpats.com/forum/showp...68&postcount=4

Okay... I read some of your earlier posts and it seems you became a USC based on a previous marriage.

This still makes no sense - because *you* are now the US citizen and if anyone is marrying for a green card, it's your new wife... not you!

I realize that English probably isn't your first language, but you really should get your story straight before posting.

There's probably not much your friend can do at this point. Just keep waiting, and perhaps go in person via Infopass to check on the status every 60 days or so. USCIS evidently needs time to review the case in more detail.
