Hi gang.
I have a question. My AOS interview is March 2 (YAY!), which will be way over a year since my K1 physical. Now - we did file a year after said physical happened anyway, so I expect I need a new one, right, and not just a vaccination supplement? There was no mention of it on the paperwork I received from the USCIS.
I had also sent them a copy of the copy that the doc had given me in Toronto (for the vaccination stuff) and they accepted that as evidence of the vax supplement. Okilee doke, says I.
So - should I just book a whole new physical? Seems a little ridiculous, but I suppose tis the way it goes
Can someone confirm I'm not off the deep end (at least for this) ![Big Grin](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Did you file the I-485 within 1 year of having your medical done overseas? If so, then no, you don't need a whole new medical. But wouldn't hurt to have the vaccination supplement done by a civil surgeon.
If you did indeed file the I-485 more than a year after your medical was done overseas, I believe you'll need a new medical (like dutchman is doing).
Best Wishes,
Rene
