Hi everybody?
Quick question.
We filed I-130, I-485 in February of 2004 in NYC office.
I have not received anything about my interview yet, but i guess that's
not surprise with NYC.
BUt my consern is that i nerver received anything about medical
examination.
Do they send something or i just have to go and do it myself anytime i
want?
How does that work?

I'm not sure when it came into effect (I think more recently than you filed), but lately it's been required to send in the medical along with your I-130 and I-485. You might receive an RFE on this sometime down the road. If you do, you can get the medical done then. If you don't, you can get it done anytime between now and your AOS interview.
