AOS in Los Angeles Office
Currently I am a F1 visa holder. My wife, who is a US citizen, is going to
petition I-130 for me in LA office. We are going to send out the application
package including:
I-130,I-864,Biographic information (both), I-845 and I-765 with supporting
docs and fees.
My question is that do I need to send finished I-693 (medical exam) with my
application package right now, or I have to wait until a further notice from
the LA local office.
If I have to send I-693 together with all other forms, I have another
question. I will be out of CA for two months on an assignment, and is it OK
to get my I-693 done by a physician (certified by INS) in the state which I
am going to stay for two months, or it must be done by a physician in LA
area.
