AOS for k3
i am just wondering because i have read that some offices don't accept aos with the i-130 filled. if this is so what does one do? does anyone know if the atlanta office accepts aos for k3?

Yes they do, HOWEVER they currently have a 3 YEAR backlog on AOS. Perhaps if possible for you, consider going the "old" way if you can and once the 130 is approved going back to the country concerned and finish the process there?
