In order to provide evidence of common residence, utility bills is one
of the things that can be provided.
How many utility bills need to be shown to provide the evidence?
The reason being that we have lived in around 4 houses since we got
married and we may not have a lot of utility bills for all the houses
we stayed in.
Thanks

Why not? It doesn't make sense! You have lived in 4 houses and yet you have
less utility bills?
Why would it be different than if you have lived in only one house in 4
years?
Evidence of common residence with your wife should not be affected by the
number of houses you have occupied together. Four years is four years
regardless of where you were!

Well..... you have to show whatever you have. If you dont have it ....
you can not just MAKE them. Bring whatever you have. We didnt have any
utility bills, since our bills are included in the rent payment. When
asked we said why we didnt have any and it was perfectly fine with

Well, we don't have a lot of the bills for the first 2 houses we stayed
in because I had not even applied for AOS at that time and was not
aware that I'd need them so I threw most of them away and the rest got
lost in the move.
And by bills I mean anything with 'both' of our names on it, I have
been able to find stuff with either my name or her name.

Usually, the phone or electric or any other mails to you at your current
address during the past 3 months will do. What is AOS? Adjust of Status?
Please explain in details.

Take the most current utility bill for the premises you are currently renting. If you have one from the house before that use that as well. You do NOT have to have nor show a bill for every month of your lives together.
It doesn't always have to have both names on it. Mail addressed to either of you is fine as long as both pieces of mail show the same address. If they are made to both of you that is extra points. If not you go with what you have.
