AOS interview date approximation & which service center Processing?

AOS interview date approximation & which service center Processing?
I just checked the status of our I-485 application on the BCIS webpage. They received the application/fingerprinting on Nov. 6th, 2003.
Main Question: Is there any way to estimate when we might have our AOS interview?
We are NYC residents and the Notice of Action we received for our I-485 came from MSC so I had a few questions being that Vermont handled all of our previous applications and petitions.
(1)Is MSC handling the application and scheduling our AOS interview or were they just helping out with overflow from Vermont Service Center who will actually be scheduling our interview and ultimately sending our green card whether it be conditional or permanent (depending on AOS interview date before or after 2 year marriage anniversary)?
(2) How do we check what address the green card will be sent to - is this something that was answered on the I-485 application?
(3)How do you go about changing the address that your greencard is sent to?
