AOS I-485 Questions
Hello, My husband's I130 petition was approved 2 weeks ago so now I'm filling out the form for my husband (came to USA on k-3 visa in March) and have a few questions:
- What do I tick off for Application Type? is it box a? (not that they ask for it but where is the immigrant visa # found?)
- He was arrested and was deported last year so how much detail do I go into describing this on Part 3, #1b and 9 since I had to tick off yes?
Any insight would help greatly.
