Default AOS Final CheckList....

Hi,

We are ready to submit paperwork for AOS. Below is the list of everything that we have gathered so far, Can someone just double check that we are not missing anything....?


1 Form I-485
1 Copy of Marriage Certificate
1 Copy of I-797 for approved Fiance petition
1 Copy of Beneficiary's Urdu and English Birth Certificate
2 Copies of I-94 front and back
(the form albany uscis office gave us said to incluse original AND one copy of I-94. if we send original we have nothing in the passport left...?)

1 Vaccination Supplement Form
2 Photographs of Beneficiary
1 Check for $325.00 for I-485
1 Check for $70.00 for finger printing

1 Form I-864
1 Copy of US citizenship of the Petitioner
1 Copy of 2004 Tax returns
1 Copy of 2003 Tax returns
1 Copy of W2's for 2004 ( I cant find older W2's is that going to be ok?)
1 Copy of IRS generated tax transcripts for 2004, 2003, 2002
1 Employment verification letter with earning information summary
1 G325A for Beneficiary

1 Form I-765
2 Photographs of Beneficiary
1 Copy of I-94
1 Check for $180.00 for I-765

1 Form I-131
2 Photographs of Beneficiary
1 Copy of I-94
Letter of explanation as to purpose of travel
1 Check for $170.00 for I-131

and we will be mailing it to :
USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

Just make sure this is a copy of the Certified one, showing the stamp and/or seal.

1 Copy of 2004 Tax returns
1 Copy of 2003 Tax returns

You don't need to send copies AND transcripts. One or the other will do. Since you have transcripts of all three years, I would just send those. I'm not sure if you will need older W-2's....I'm thinking that you do....but if they send an RFE for it, you can turn them in if they request it. Meanwhile, you might try tracking them down so you'll have them ready if USCIS wants them.

Otherwise, it looks just like what we sent in for Sadegh's!

Hi:

In a very recent change of policy [posted by Matt Udall I believe], CIS has elected to excercise its authority to waive production of all three years tax returns. The LAST tax return will be "sufficient" for an I-864. That said, no harm, no foul in filing the three years.

If you mean photocopies of anything, no...photocopies don't need to be certified. Just make sure the marriage certificate is the certified one, and you make a photocopy of that one.
