AOS filing question

Default AOS filing question

HI all,

I am filling out the forms for AOS for my wife ... I received the forms in the mail from INS. For some forms the directions are attached in the front and hte forms are in the back. When I file the application do I only include the forms? Or do I leave the packet like it is and include all pages. The top pages are perforated so they can be detached.

Of course you include the forms. Do you include the instructions? No. They can be separated from the forms.

Include the directions only if they are on the backside of a form. Alvena
