My wife finally got her SSN and our I-130 was approved a couple of weeks ago, so we are ready to file for AOS.
Our local office is Boston. As of March 1st, 2003 Boston only accepts walk in submissions for the I-485. We won't be filing the I-130 and I-765 (obviously) with the I-485, as we've taken care of these already.
So would we still have to get there early and get the ticket and wait hours to submit?
Secondly, do they require the USC spouse to be there to file the forms or would someone else or just the filee also work?
Regards

Yes. Everyone waits, but if you get there super early, you will
probably be seen earlier.

The petitioner must be there. Did you get a Form 181 (don't freak
out, it's basically the checklist that Boston BCIS give you to make
sure you bring everything). The spouse/petitioner is listed on it.
