AOS filing process
My wife and I have recently had our papers filed with INS, based on marriage to USC. She overstayed her visa VWP.
We have been told that even though the paperwork has been filed and received, that she may still be subject to deportation meantime. Does anyone know if this is the truth as I thought once the papers were filed she had conditional or was in the process of conditional residency.
