Hi,

I am applying for my AOS in NYC and also for my EAD. Looking at the USCIS web site for NYC it states that applications for the I-485 must be sent to:

New York District Office
Attention: Section 245
26 Federal Plaza
New York, NY 10278

and the application for the EAD must be sent to:

New York District Office
Attention: EAU
26 Federal Plaza
New York, NY 10278

This may be a daft question, but do I need split up my application and send the appropriate forms to each address? Or can I just send it to one of them.

Any help much appreciated as I don't have long to get this out!

You should send them together, since the filing for EAD is based on the application for AOS. It is likely that NYC USCIS will forward the whole packet to the Missouri Service Center for initial processing. That's what happened with my wife's application.

I sent my complete package to section 245, which turned out fine.
