AOS filing checklist??

AOS filing checklist??
Hello, yet again I'd like to pick your brains if you all don't mind.
I have just been going through the checklist for our AOS filing, firstly
1 - Do we have to enclose 2 adit pics or 4, as I seemed to be under some self
inflicted misguidance over the amount having read far to many sites. I thought
the EAD pics were taken at the interview for the EAD card.
2 - Is it ok ( there is my application and my two daughters) if I include the
fingerprint fee in the same money order as all the other application fees ( I
am putting a money order in each asembled set for us.?
3 - Also should there be four copies in all, of the I-94, 2 for the I-485 and 2
for the EAD?
I can't seem to find a checklist that has a ' how to put everything together'
section, without seeing extra things that contradict others.
