MY husband is here on a L1 visa and he h as been here a few months then he asked me to marry him and we got married last week. So now we are going to apply for AOS and my question is we want his income to count with mine for the affadavit of support so we need to make sure we make it 6 months from time we apply for his income to count. So can anyone tell me how long of wait does detroit have? I have seen on pages 1 year but that seems awful long time so I am inquiring if that is accurate? And anyone who has gone through detroit it would be appreciated if you could tell how it was
