AOS and change in circumstances
Here's my situation: When I applied for the K1, I was well above the
required income level. Since we were approved, came here, married, and
applied for the AOS, I've decided to finish my professional degree program
and therefore am currently in school full time. We are living with my folks,
and my wife is not working. I submitted 3 years of tax returns,
unfortunately the most recent is not within the required criteria. How will
this be handled ?
