Default AOS Cancelled!

Should I be happy?
MY AOS was schedule for the 2 of september 16 days prior to my second anniversary now its been reschedule.... that means I might get the LPR when i attend it next.
The letter said due to unforseen circumstances facing USCIS at this moment your interview is cancelled and I will be notified about a new date.
How long you think I am going to wait and is this normal?

Hi,

Yes, that's normal and has been happening more frequently (having an interview cancelled for some reason). There's no telling how much longer you'll have to wait, they will contact you with another date. Hopefully it will be later, and you can become an LPR then

It's not possible to predict how long the extra wait will be, but if it pushes your approval back to more that 2 years after the marriage, that can be an advantage, since it will remove the requirement for filing the I-751. It's not uncommon for this to happen, so no need to worry, BTW. Good luck!!!
