AOS approved in NYC :-)
Just want to share with the fellows here that my AOS application just got approved in NYC :-)
It has been quite a long wait for me (26 mos). I filed my application back in June 2001. Fingerprint was taken in early July of 2003. As of the interview, it only took about 5 minutes. Since I have waited for over 24 mos, I got the approval for unconditional PR. The actual card will come in 6-9 mos.
I have been visiting this forum since last year, as I was anxiously waiting for interview notification. I didn't post much, but I felt this is a great forum for applicants sharing information and supporting each other. Thank you all fellow users for the support I got here, and best luck to all of you!
