AOS Approved!
Had our AOS Interview today...
Brought all 3 kids with us, in at 9 am, she asked if 2 older could wait outside, brought in baby with us.
Asked my husband if he was a terrorist or involved in drugs, no, asked if he married me, yes, when 05/06/2009, what was his mothers name...LOL she has 4 different names, he gave her birth name, when we'd used her current legal name on the docs...
She said she was approving the case. Out t 9:05 am

We had a lapse because we didnt have enough $ to file straight away....but relatively everything has gone smooth
21 months to I 765!

She did ask if I had any more joint documents, I stated I had included everything in the i485 package but that i did have the boys birth certificates from the adoption, she looked at those, did not copy them....
It was quick...to think 4 hours up a night in a hotel for 5 mins! and 4 hours home...

Well seems to be the way of the visa/immigration interview world doesn't it - hours spent travelling/waiting and a bit of an anti-climax for most!

going for a dodge durango....have 5 in the fam and his 2 nephews are coming to visit in a few months so i need space to haul them all around!
