AOS (again) - I-130?

AOS (again) - I-130?
Aaaarghh...sorry, I've spent too much time looking at these forms today :-)
In the bundle of AOS paperwork that the INS sent us, there is a I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. As I'm here on a K1 Visa, am I correct in saying that I don't need to file this form with my AOS package as it's not appropriate in my situation?
