Going Insane F*Ing Ins

Hope yer all doing good.

As some of you already know I have my AOS interview coming up in a
couple of weeks. In the letter it has asked for me to bring my wife's
and her father's (as he is the co-sponsor) tax documents (2002 W2 &
1040) for the affidavit of support.

I was looking at the poverty guidelines and I earn more than enough
money to support a family of 3.

Could someone explain to me how I go about giving the guy at interview
a new Affidavit with me sponsoring myself as you might put it?

When submitting my wife's and her father's affidavit of support I had
to give them 3 years worth of tax returns, W2's ect. I've only been
working for 7 months what documentation do they need and accept for me
to take over the sponsorship?
