AOS
We are married on aug 9 and our last date for 90 days was aug 15.
We called before the wedding to INS to see the AOS had be there before
aug15 but they see no as long your mariage certificate say you are
married before aug 15.But they say we have to come in person to
fresno.
Have everybody to go in person for filling AOS or you sent it by mail?
You have to fill also EAD and AP?
Do they then the fingerprints and whats the fee for that?
What have we to bring for AOS? Marriage certificate,...
We went to SSN yesterday to check status on my number, because we went
on may 19 to SSN and had still nothing received.She say i will receive
my number into 2 weeks (somebody had not finished my case in the
computer she say, al was OK).
She say i don't need to ask for EAD more when i have my SSN, Is this
true?
I had a 90 day EAD, that expire on aug 15.
Somebody have experience with Fresno INS office,waiting
times,lines,...?
